Founded in 1980, Transfar is known as a Taiwan based, China positioned, global merchandise trade leader. Transfar’s greatest strength is in customer exclusive OEM product development.

The firm is best known for the design, development and manufacturing of unique giftware and seasonal products that are destined for the North American, European, Australian and International markets. The firm employs more than 150 people in Taiwan and in China. Our central office is in Shen Zhen China which is home to our massive 40,000 square foot showroom and design center.

Transfar offers its customers a wealth of trade experience, combined with strong factory relationships that have been developed over the past 25 years. Product Sourcing & Quality

In addition to our central office in Shen Zhen we have an office in Taiwan and three other sourcing offices in China, including Shen Zhen, Xiamen, Huang-Yan and Nanjing. These offices facilitate a dual role. First, they source new factories capable to develop unique products that meet our rigid standards and requirements. Secondly, and more importantly, they assist our current factories to develop exciting new products by introducing them to forward thinking design concepts and by providing them with new and innovative materials and tools to work with.

Each of Transfar’s offices have teams of quality control inspectors in place. These inspectors are trained extensively in industrial type AQL methods for quality inspections. Once a customer‘s quality standards are determined, those requirements are relayed to the inspection staff, and monitored, often by management staff, in both the foreign offices and the Taiwan office. SGS and other quality guidelines are followed for product safety and packaging. Inspectors regularly stay in the factories during production and communicate often with management.
