Danielle is a qualified Sports Therapist with L4 Strength and Conditioning and specialises in mobility and form. If you are maybe new to the gym and free weights or perhaps you have a future goal like an Iron Man, this may be the perfect way to add one on one personal tuition to your routine.
Danielle prides herself in periodised (time bound) and specialised programs for each individual needs unlike a generic gym PT she has years of experience in both participating and training sports and understands movement patterns using a careful eye to make sure the participant gets the best possible outcome long term. There is no frills or crazy workouts, just solid structured sessions tailored to your needs.
