Physical fitness is today's hot topic. And everywhere we can hear something new about physical fitness. But is it all true? Firstly,the more you sweat, the more fat you burn.This myth has encouraged people to work out in extreme heat or wear many clothes in the hope of sweating fat off. Unfortunately, it's water they're losing, not fat. Secondly,exercise increases appetite. This is true for intense exercise that lasts for 60 minutes or longer. However, moderate exercise that is less than 60 minutes will probably reduce your appetite for one to two hours.Thirdly, no pain, no gain. Many people tend to overdo their exercise programs which however may prove to be harmful to you.. Your best method is to start any exercise program slowly and gradually increase the load of exercise.
There are no shortcuts to getting fit.As for me,the following ways can be adopted to go on physical fitness.First of all,don't expect immediate results. Don't push it beyond its limits according to your body. What is more,choose an exercise you enjoy so you'll stick with it.The drop of rain makes a hole in the stone,not by violence,but by of falling. In addition,spend three to five minutes warming up your muscles and cardiovascular system before doing any exercise,and discontinue strenuous exercise during illness.The first wealth in life is health.Without health no pleasure can be tasted by man.
