孕产妇分娩准备度的研究进展

摘要：

分娩准备度不足对孕产妇分娩体验、分娩结局、母婴健康会造成不良影响,甚至影响其后续的分娩意愿,加剧少子化现象。该文从分娩准备度的内涵、评估工具、影响因素和干预措施等方面进行综述,以期为国内改善临床护理服务质量,完善分娩准备度相关研究提供理论基础和实践指导。

Abstract:

Inadequate birth preparedness can endanger maternal and infant health and influence the childbirth outcome. Moreover,poor preparedness can also lead to women’s low desire for subsequent fertility,which aggravates the phenomenon of low birth rate. This article reviewed the concept and connotation,assessment tools,influencing factors and interventions of childbirth readiness,so as to provide theoretical bases and practical guidance for improving the quality of clinical nursing service and future research on childbirth readiness in China.
