摘要【中文】本发明提供一种含有茶渣提取物的手工皂，所述手工皂原料配方按重量组分包括：180‑210份混合油脂、20‑30份NaOH、40‑50份蒸馏水和3‑5份茶渣提取物，所述混合油脂为茶籽油：菜籽油：棕榈油按照重量比5：1：4的混合物。本发明还提供含有茶渣提取物的手工皂的制备方法，包括步骤：S1、混合油脂，S2、皂化反应，S3、加入茶渣提取物，S4、调pH值，S5、成型：将步骤S4调和后的皂液倒入模具冷却获得成型后的手工皂。本发明的手工皂的原料天然、绿色、环保；添加有茶渣提取物，具有美白、滋润、防衰老、抗过敏、祛痘、祛斑等功能；本发明的手工皂的制备方法中，利用响应面的方法得到了手工皂胜过过程中最重要的几个参数，手工皂的总碱量符合国家标准，品质较佳。 【EN】The invention provides a handmade soap containing tea residue extract, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180-210 parts of mixed oil, 20-30 parts of NaOH, 40-50 parts of distilled water and 3-5 parts of tea residue extract, wherein the mixed oil is tea seed oil: rapeseed oil: palm oil is mixed according to the weight ratio of 5: 1: 4 in the presence of a catalyst.
