摘要：

该文对现存评估工具进行综述，概述深静脉血栓形成患者普适性、疾病特异性健康相关生活质量评估工具的发展过程、主要内容及应用现状，分析评估工具的特点及局限性，旨在为临床选择恰当的评估工具提供借鉴，为研发符合国内文化背景的深静脉血栓形成患者健康相关生活质量评估工具提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper reviews the existing assessment tools，outlines the development process，main contents，and application status of universal and disease-specific health-related quality of life assessment tools for patients with DVT，analyzes the characteristics and limitations of existing tools，and aims to provide references for clinical selection of appropriate assessment tools and for the development of health-related quality of life assessment tools for patients with DVT in accordance with the cultural background of China.
