想健康瘦,记住这几点:少吃生冷油腻,多吃山药、小米、冬瓜等健脾祛湿食物;饭后多散步,睡前按揉足三里、阴陵泉,帮助消化、祛湿气;少熬夜,熬夜最伤脾胃,越熬越虚、越虚越胖。
