研究方向

林一瀚课题组的研究聚焦在单细胞水平上定量解析人类发育、疾病及免疫等重要过程中的基因调控机制,并利用合成生物器件对这些过程实施精准干扰或控制。研究从以下几个方面展开:在单细胞水平上动态解析肿瘤及免疫细胞的状态异质性、表观机制对基因表达和细胞群体异质性的影响、转录因子动力学在信号传导及基因调控中的功能和设计原理、数据驱动的基因调控网络推断及构建,及新型合成生物学器件的设计和应用。

实验室致力于开展前沿的生命科学交叉研究,有机结合了包括系统生物学、合成生物学、定量单细胞分析、活细胞时序荧光成像、数学建模等研究方法。同时,为了引领单细胞研究领域,实验室正在研发高通量、高时空分辨率的单细胞分析工具,用于解析疾病过程中的基因调控网络,并为单细胞水平上药物筛选及大规模测试合成生物学器件等应用提供新平台。
